COVID-19 AGENCY UPDATE

Effective 12/8, Until Further Notice*

SERVICE UPDATE: As the COVID-19 numbers continue to increase to new highs, we have made the difficult decision to make changes to our available in-person service. Effective 12/8, we are no longer able to provide in-person support, law enforcement accompaniments, or court accompaniments. These changes do not affect our CAC, they will continue at current capacity and scheduling.

As frustrating as this is for us and those we serve, we are committed to the health and safety of our staff, volunteers, and survivors. Our helpline remains open 24/7 for support at 1-800-871-7741.

The CAC offices are open for scheduled appointments only as follows,
The Andro site is Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm  (phone: 784-0436)
The Oxford site (phone: 739-1228) is "open" Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm, HOWEVER, we are only conducting CAC FI's on Mondays & Wednesdays 8:30am to 5pm and on Fridays 8:30am to 12noon. Any FI's that are requested currently from the Franklin County MDT partners are being conducted at either the Andro or Oxford CAC sites, whichever is most convenient for the family.
